Weather and Wildlife: Plan Safer Flights
Plan ATMOSFAR flights around changing winds, storms, night conditions and hostile wildlife without unsupported damage or weather immunity claims.

Which environmental hazards are confirmed?
The current Steam description highlights jet streams, strong weather changes and rainstorms, alongside threatening creatures and drones. It also advises taking cover as night arrives or conditions deteriorate. Those features establish that a route can be more demanding than its distance suggests. They do not establish a precise weather timetable, a universal storm-damage number or a region that is always safe.

How should you plan an uncertain flight?
Identify a landing option and enough known route information to return if the trip becomes unsuitable. Check fuel and component condition before departure rather than waiting until a difficult approach. These are recommended precautions based on the documented hazards, not tested guarantees against every failure state. An aircraft advertised agility should not be read as immunity to weather.
What about creatures and drones?
The store confirms hostile creatures and drones, while the level-design blog associates some PACE facilities with drones and environmental challenges. Look at what is present in the current area before choosing how to proceed. This guide does not invent enemy health, loot tables, aggression distances or weapon weaknesses; those require direct observation of the released build.
How do you record a useful discovery?
Keep the build, region, visible conditions and encounter context with the observation. Separate a repeatable pattern from a single unusual event, especially in Early Access. For technical failures, use the bug-reporting process. For route knowledge, a recognizable landmark and description of your approach are more helpful than an unsupported claim that all storms or enemies behave identically.
